Jesus why does everyone do votes on if they shud be striked or what not, shows lack of leadership besides only Tm + can issue a strike or fire so if ur posting in this section you want 1 of those issued.

Ok so he was AFK and he is expected to not be AFK so i do not think a Warning is available in this situation, he knows better and is expected better of himself, so i think it should be along the lines of a demotion OR strike.
