TU badge cleared.

I have cleared the Transfer Unit badge of members who are inactive or not even attempting to do transfers. I am currently looking for up to 20 people to join the transfer unit. You need to be SLC or above and study the Transfer Protocol on the Special Units page. Anybody that is seen not transferring enough or attempting to transfer will be removed.
