Rules and Reference Addition (Transfer Unit)

Introduction
By being part of the transfer unit, you have proven yourself to the <F.B.I> that you are capable of transferring members into <F.B.I> with the equivalent rank. Transferring is not an easy job but is yet the most popular. Lack of transfers will result in removal from the unit. Before you begin to transfer an individual you must look out for the main points before assigning them a rank.
They must have 500+ members in their main (Standard ID) badge. if they have lower than 500 members, decline their transfer and explain why.
The member must be AT LEAST in the Security unit or above.
Members cannot be transferred into the Top Management unit [4iC] unless approved by a Founder or JO.
We do allow people to transfer if they are on trial.
We accept transfers from VS that are under 400k rank points, any higher is not accepted.
How to Transfer Appropriately
Transferring Inappropriately
Do NOT assign a Security member the High Rank Division or higher. You MUST assign them an equivalent unless a Founder has given you permission to assign them a different rank. Inappropriate transferring can lead to Demotion as well as removal from the TU.
You CANNOT transfer people into Personal Assistant [PA] as this is a special rank.
If you are lazy to transfer, you will be removed from the Unit. Make sure you are active at the TU and willing to transfer at will.
Special Task
Every TU Member but abide by this rule. If you don't you will be punished.
This is a special task only related to members that were previously working with <F.B.I>. If the member would like to transfer and they were already recently working with <F.B.I>, they are to get ONE unit below what their previous unit was before they left. For example, a HR will get LCU if they transfer back. All members must ask the transferee if they previously worked in <F.B.I> before transferring. Unless told to by SM+ you MUST give them one rank below.

- First of all, ask the member if they would like any help.
If they ask to transfer, explain to them that you will be checking their badges. - Ask them for their agency website, go to the agencies Rank list, and find their rank.
- Once you have done that, you must check for their Highest badge. If you are unsure of their highest badge, ask them to wear it.
- Once you have done that you must check for their Standard badge and make sure they have 500+ members.
- If the individual meets all requirements, you must then be capable of assigning them an equivalent rank.
- Evaluate the member, check how they are as a person. If they seem greedy or impatient, you have the right to decline their transfer OR offer them a slightly lower rank (you must explain why).
- The next part of your task is to give them a rank.
- Once they have accepted, they will have to leave all of their old agencies badges.
Have them leave the badges and wait for them to come back. - Next, you want to have the member request all of the badges up to what rank was offered. (If a RR holder isn't online, post a badge request for them)
- If the transferred member is RSO+, it would be nice of you to walk them through creating a forum account.
- Once you have transferred the member and they have their new motto ask them to read our forums on our website, this will help them with <F.B.I> and know our basics. Or for a better full experience you may escort them through the guidelines yourself.

omg I thought I wrote that I took it from SAS, so sorry haha I meant to write that in the top red. I changed a few things and added like the numbers! I wasn't sure who wrote it.
