How to make a promotion log

To get started, you must create a new log (if you haven't already). This can be done by clicking the "NEW TOPIC" button in the top left hand corner of the board. (You need to have HR forum access to make a topic).

Once you have created your topic, name it (your username)'s Promotion/Demotion log.

THIS PART IS VERY IMPORTANT.

When promoting again, DO NOT create a new topic for the promotion; reply to your own topic.
The format you must follow for this is:

User promoted:
Previous Rank <Previous tag>
New Rank <New tag>
Reason: (Only needed if Demoting).

You must do this every time you wish to promote someone who is RSO+ (Not an Officer)
