Who can approve Strike Requests.

This is the Strike Requests board. Any HR+ may post information here about a misbehaving worker (must be RSO+) which has been continuously disrupting the FBI community and needs to serve a punishment. To learn how to post a strike request depending on the offence visit the Master Policy Handbook and read Section 3. (You must always provide a non-cropped screenshot of the scene showing the offending member committing the crime, or else the strike will not be accepted).

Only Top Management are allowed to approve/decline strike requests on the forum. However, if a TM is posting the request they do not need to provide a screenshot but must provide an explanation to why the member was fired.

If the individual receives 3 strikes, they are immediately fired (third strike = fired) however in some cases such as double jobbing or trashing of property can lead to an immediate fire without a strike request being awarded. The member must be given a warning FIRST before a strike can be issued.
